Week #4 Done

Sorry I wasn't around yesterday to post my weekly weigh in. Had a very busy day. Went to Zumba in the morning. Went shopping pretty much of all day looking for a pair of tennis shoes for my Zumba class. So far, I haven't found one that I like. I'm hoping to go on Monday after my Balls N Bands class to Tanger Outlet to find a pair of shoes! Anyways, I also went to Walmart to get a few things and Avenue to see if I could find a Valentine's shirt but they didn't have anything. :( I did get a new shirt. Got it on sale. I didn't try it on. Just bought it. It is a size that I usually wear which is a 30/32 but some of those 30/32 are pretty tight cuz I do have big chest. So I'm hoping the shirt fits. Even if it doesn't, I should be able to wear it eventually. :) Anyways, after we got home, mom and I got sucked in watching The Green Mile. I had seen it before but didn't remember a whole lot of it. Next thing ya know, it was getting late. Had to put my son to bed after the movie was done. All in all, it was a good day cuz I almost got in 10,000 steps! Wow! I couldn't believe it. I just need to keep that up. Most of the time, I get in about 5,000 steps a day. I've been wanting to get 10,000 steps a day to especially help with my weight loss.

So yesterday was my weigh in and I weighed in at 322.4lbs which was a 4.4lbs loss from last Friday and a total of 19.8lbs loss since I started Medifast. I was so hoping to lose 20lbs but at least I was soo close to it. *smiles* The best part of the week was being able to get on the balance board for the Wii Fit Plus! I now can play on it with my son! I've waited forever to be able to use it and now I can. Been using it every day since Thursday. :)

I'm looking forward to going over my brother's house tomorrow for the Super Bowl cuz I haven't seen my family (my brother and his family, my grandparents and my uncle) since I lost my weight. They're gonna be so surprised cuz they know I had been trying forever to lose this weight and I hadn't been successful. Now I just gotta keep going. I'm now aiming to be down to 300lbs by March 12th which is my birthday. Even if I don't exactly make it, I want to be very close to weighing 300. :) Is it possible? Can this happen? It would be so awesome! 22lbs in 5 weeks? Is that a lot to ask or even wish for? I want to push myself but am being told by a few people that I shouldn't. My doctor already ok'd it saying I can exercise for up to an hour AND can walk for an hour if I felt up to it. She said to just listen to my body and do what I want to do. This past week, I didn't go to 2 of my exercise classes cuz I was sick. Yesterday was my first day back to exercising so you could say I did listen to my body. I felt great and had a blast in Zumba.

Well, I'm gonna go for now cuz I would like to relax for a couple of hours. My mom took my son out to Church Brew Works. My father and brother are playing music there and it's my brother's birthday. I know I should've went but I didn't really want to go cuz of the food choices they have there would've been too hard for me to choose. I like making my own food. *smiles* Besides, I'll see him tomorrow. So take care and have a great weekend! Hugz
