Today I got a new exercise video in the mail. It's called Debby Mack's Fitness 101. I will be trying it out tomorrow. It's a plus size workout video. Starting yesterday, I've decided to add my exercise videos with my workouts. My workouts so far had been Balls N Bands (Monday & Wednesday) and Zumba (Friday). Now my videos that I'm adding to my workouts are The Biggest Loser Power Walk, Cardio Max and Power Sculpt. Yesterday I did the Power Walk and Cardio Max. It felt great. I loved them! Today I was planning to do Power Walk and Power Sculpt but because I was hurting from volunteering at the library in the morning, I decided to do just the Power Walk. I didn't want to hurt real bad for the pack meeting tonight. I should've just did the Power Sculpt cuz I was hurting anyways. Oh well. That's ok.
Tomorrow, I have Balls N Band class. If things work out as I'm babysitting tomorrow, I'm hoping to get in my Power Walk and Power Sculpt. We'll soon find out when tomorrow comes. Things never seem to go my way.
I'm looking forward to my weigh-in on Friday. It will be the start of week #4 on Medifast for me. I'm so excited and curious to know if I made it to 325lbs. It's what I'm aiming for right now. Even if I don't make it, I will make it next week. If I pass it, it will mean that I've finally pass that barrier that I've been stuck with for a few years now. Have been in the 325-350lbs range. I will go nuts once I pass that 325lb line. *smiles*
