Week #1 Done

Whoo! Week #1 on Medifast is done! My goodness. I wasn't sure if I was gonna survive. I'm not talking bout the food or the fact I have to eat under 1000 calories a day (I've done this before cuz a lot of time I have no appetite). I'm talking the fact that I have had a few migraines and pretty much yelled at my family cuz of the migraines. Also the cramps in my leg and ankle I had one day earlier this week was so painful that I was still feeling the pain til yesterday. Holy crap! I hope to never experience that pain again. I may be used to the migraines but I don't like to yell at my family especially my son. Ok, enough about that. I'm sure y'all are anxious to know how much weight I have lost this week. Well, here we go! I've lost 8lbs! Only 2lbs away from 10lbs lost. Yaay! This means I am now at 334.2lbs. I'm so looking forward to being under 325lbs so I can finally play on the Wii Fit Plus with my son. I'm hoping in 2 to 3 weeks, I will be able to. Yaay! I'm even looking forward to my birthday this year which is in March. I'm hoping my friends will notice that I've lost weight cuz I haven't told them unless my mom did. I'm already trying to figure out how I'm gonna eat my Medifast meals and my lean and green meal while I'm out there (Indiana, PA). I know it's a long way off but I gotta figure it all out! I want to be able to have something to eat with my friends cuz I'm not sure if I'll eat a piece of cake or rather a cookie like we did last year. Will have to wait and see. Any suggestions??
