Week #2 Done
I'm so excited that I've completed week 2 of Medifast. I've been making sure I get my water in by carrying 4 bottles of water which holds 16.9oz (little over 2 cups). I can't remember if I've mentioned miracle noodles. It's a great addition to the Medifast. I tend to eat them twice a week cuz they're easy to make and I always run out of veggies cuz I'm too busy to get to the store. So it's nice having the noodles around. So I weighed in today and weighed 329lbs! So far, I've lost a total of 13.2lbs. So excited! The best part is even though I have knee pains today, I'm walking much better especially on the steps. I'm so looking forward to walking again. Starting February, I'm planning to start walking 20 mins a day til I'm comfy then will add more time. I want to be able to do various walks such as 5K. Ok, I better get to bed. So good night all!

What are the Miracle Noodles? I haven't heard of them...... I'm now on week 4, so I should be able to start getting some exercise in. I have NEVER been a big exerciser, even when I was thin.

These miracle noodles are the shirataki noodles. They're calorie free, gluten free and soy free. You can check them out at http://www.miraclenoodle.com/. They're actually pretty good and I'm very picky when it comes to food. Yep, still doing the Zumba and am loving it! I can get a little over 5000 steps just doing 1 hour of class and I'm not even doing Zumba at high intensity! I'm planning to take 2 of these the next time I sign up.
